Covid-19 Acting Policy

Dear Valued Guests,
The recent outbreak in Ontario is very serious, with over 100,000 actual infections per day. Both the Federal and Ontario Governments encourage you to continue to WEAR A MASK and maintain appropriate distances.
To protect our team and guests, we ask that you WEAR A MASK in the following situations:
- When our staff enters a room to provide certain service.
- When you need to communicate with the management team in some way or service.

Please Note: To limit the contact between staff and guests, we have suspended the daily cleaning of the room.
All payments will be charged to the guests credit card one day in advance. The receipt and a room key will be left in the room for the day of arrival.
Any supplies required will be delivered to your door.
Depending on the pandemic situation, breakfast will either be delivered to the room or will be available for pickup.
